What You Need
Please bring your own mat with you and if you have them a block and belt. Caroline has a limited supply of all of these items so if you need to borrow them please make sure you say at the time of booking your space in the class. You may like to bring a blanket for the relaxation so that you are warm.
Wear comfortable clothing that you can move around in easily and it is probably better to have layers of clothing so that when you start getting warmer you can gradually remove layers.
